Let's Begin

Open up new canvas 600 x 600 pixels floodfill white

Open up frame4 resize 85 per cent edit copy paste centre of canvas dropshadow

Now for mask layer open up paper of choice resize  open up mask layers new mask layer from image ok source luminance checked ok edit copy paste onto paper merge visible edit copy paste onto canvas dropdown to bottom postion

Select your magic wand tool click inside the circle frame then selections modify expand by 3 open up your image don't resize edit copy paste place onto frame postion so you just see the face then selections invert hit delete on your keyboard selections none then dropdown into frame dropshadow image

Open up Overlay don't resize edit copy paste place onto canvas dropdown to bottom postion then using your eraser tool erase a little round the edge

Open diamond2 resize 45 per cent edit copy paste postion on the edge of frame then duplicate arrange so they are all around the edge dropshadow all

Open up raindrops resize 40 per cent edit copy paste onto frame place at the top using your eraser tool erase the bits hanging over dropshadow

Open up Glass stars resize 80 per cent edit copy paste place in one of the corners at the top then layers duplicate image mirror position dropshadow

Open up flowers of choice resize 50 & 40 per cent edit copy paste arrange along the bottom dropshadow

Open up Bow of choice resize 40 per cent edit copy paste place along the bottom dropshadow 

Open up Feathers resize 50 & 40 per cent edit copy paste place right hand side of frame behind the flowers dropshadow

Open up Bag resize 50 per cent edit copy paste place bottom left hand side dropshadow

Open up star charm resize 50 per cent edit copy paste place top right hand corner click back on glass star arrange bring to the top dropshadow

Add all copyright name save & you are done
