Let's Begin

Open up new canvas 600 x 600 pixels floodfill white

Open up pearl frame merge visible resize 40 per cent edit copy onto canvas dropshadow open up paper of choice resize 500 x 500 pixels .Then select magic wand click inside pearl frame then selections modify expand by 3 edit copy paste on to canvas then selections invert hit delete on your keyboard dropdown into pearl frame dropshadow.Click back on pearl frame layers duplicate then on the copy raster layer adjust gaussian blur radius 25 ok then apply the effect

Open up your image you want to use resize if needed edit copy paste dropdown into frame dropshadow

 Settings size 1 screen type dot contrast 5 defaults apply.Open up bow resize 15 per cent edit copy paste at bottom of pearl frame dropdown into frame  then with your eraser tool erase any bits hanging over.Open up pearl resize 10 per cent repeat step again but this time place at top of frame

Open up flower1 resize 15 per cent edit copy paste layers arange bring to the top place bottom right .Open up another flower resize smaller repeat step place next to larger flower dropshadow  Open up folded ribbon resize 15 per cent edit copy paste place top centre of frame.Open up brad resize 10 per cent edit copy place at edge of folded ribbon then layers duplicate image mirror place dropshadow all
