Let's Begin

Open template delete copyright layer as we are using the template layer for this part

Click on template open paper of choice resize 400 x 400 pixels selections select all selections float selections de -float edit copy paste paper onto template postion Selections invert then hit delete on your key board Selections none repeat step again until all layers are filled but for the bottom rectangle layers resize your paper 500 x 500 pixels.dropshadow all

Apply effect on all template layers go to effects plugins Flaming Pear Demitone 25 & apply on all layers now open up frame 2 resize 45 per cent edit copy paste place on top of first & also 3rd rectangle so you just have a small section blank in the middle.

Open up your image next resize 70 per cent edit copy paste place on top of 3rd frame position then go to layers properties blend mode Hardlight Opacity 100 Link Set 0 layers is visible checked ok

Open up wordart resize edit copy paste place on to canvas position then go to adjust Hue & Saturation Colorise settings  Hue 25 Saturation 70 then give it a glow.(I used Gradient Glow for this but if you don't have it dropshadow will do)Color cream out of tag tgo give it a thin glow around

Open up flower1 cream & 4 black resize cream 40 30 & 10 per cent black 20 per cent Edit copy paste on o canvas & arrange them(see my tag for reference) dropshadow all

Now for mask layer open up blank canvas 600 x 600 pixel flood fill black open up mask layers new mask layer from image ok source luminance checked ok edit copy paste onto canvas merge visible edit copy paste onto your image dropdown to bottom resize 95 per cent then layers duplicate mirror position then merge fltatern your image 

Add All Copyrights & You Are Done

If you want to add the animation to your tag

Open your tag & Glitter Animation into animation workshop resize animation 75 per cent click on your tag edit duplicate selected your tag 32 frames then edit select all click on your animation edit select all edit copy paste into selected frame then view animation then save as a gif
