Plugins used Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow & corona & Xero Porcelain

Let's Begin
Open template delete copyright layer as we are using the template layer for this part

Click on template open paper resize 700 x 700 pixels selections select all selections float selections de -float edit copy paste paper onto template postion selections invert then hit delete on your key board Selections none repeat this step until all layers are filled dropshadow all
but for the oval don't fill with paper leave it for your image & background.Then go to adjust hue saturation colorize purple

Open up your image with background resize make it bigger edit copy paste postion ontop of oval repeat step above then Open up tube image edit copy paste position on top so that her foot is over the edge dropshadow image
Next go to effects plugins xero porcelain settings softness 50 strength 128 brightness 128 red channel 0 green channel o blue channel 255 ok then go back to effects eye candy 4000 corona settings glow width(pixels) 28.35 flare size (pixels 1.98 stretch 100 waver 23 blur 0 overall opacity 100 color purple draw outside image  only checked random seed 1 ok
Now apply effect round the edge of the oval effects plugins eye candy 4000 gradient glow thin glow yellow opacity 100 basic settings glow width7.94 soft corners 25 overall opacity 100 draw only ourside selection checked ok

Open up row of flowers resize edit copy paste along the top then layers duplicate image flip postion dropshadow both then colorize same color as papers
Open up bow of choice resize edit copy paste ontop of row of flowers at the top then repeat again for the bottom dropshadow both & colorize

Open up rope of beads resize edit copy paste place left hand side underneath top flower dropshadow
Open up brad edit copy paste colorize either side of image & then resize colorize again edit copy paste inside middle of template flowers

Open up buckle strap resize edit copy paste across the bottom of the oval then select your eraser tool erase bit hanging over the  then colorize dropshadow

Now for mask layer open up paper of choice resize  open up mask layers new mask layer from image ok source luminance checked  ok edit copy paste onto paper merge visible edit copy paste onto canvas dropdown to bottom layers merge flatternI colorized my mask hue 43 saturation 104
Layers merge merge flattern your image

Add all copyrights name & then you are done
