Let's Begin

Open template delete copyright layer as we are using the template layer for this part

Click on template open paper of choice selections select all selections float selections de -float edit copy paste paper onto template postionSelections invert then hit delete on your key board Selections none repeat step again until all layers are filled but for borderlines resize paper a little more so it fills them dropshadow all layers

Open first image then repeat same step as before but then go to layers properties blend mode luminance drop opacity 100 linkset 0 layers visible checked ok then selections none.Repeat again for second image dropshadow all.

Open up heart accent of choice resize 60 per cent edit copy paste place in the centre dropshadow

Open glitter splotches do not resize them edit place on top of canvas (see my tag for reference) dropshadow both

Open up red butterfly1 resize by 40 per cent edit copy paste place right hand corner open up butterfly 2 resize 30 per cent edit copy paste left hand corner dropshadow

Open up red rose resize 20 per cent edit copy paste place in circle open up second rose repeat step place 3rd circle dropshadow both.Open up beads resize 60 per cent edit copy paste place along the bottom dropshadow.Open up flower bunch resize 40 per cent edit copy paste place left hand side of large square dropshadow.

Now open up 3rd image resize if needed edit copy paste place next to flowers left hand side dropshadow image now merge  visible your tag resize by 80 per cent

Now for mask layer open up paper of choice resize  open up mask layers new mask layer from image ok source luminance checked ok edit copy paste onto paper merge visible edit copy paste onto canvas dropdown to bottom merge flattern your tag

Add All Copyrights & your name & you are done
