Let's Begin

Open template delete copyright layer as we are using the template layer for this part

Click on template open paper of choice select magic wand then selections modify expand by 5 edit copy & paste paper 10 onto canvas selections invert then hit delete on your keyboard selections none.Repeat step again for inside of template (I used paper 8 )then dropdown into framedropshadow all layers of template.

 Open up heart of hearts frame do not resize edit copy paste place on top of template.Open up Gem stone frame resize 75 per cent edit copy paste onto template dropdown into frame layer.

Open up your images you want to use resize then 65 per cent then repeat step with magic wand but modify expand by 8 this time.Dropdown into gem stone frame dropshadow both.

Open up Foliage resize 65 per cent edit copy paste on to canvas dropdown under template layer so it is in the centre of the heart frame dropshadow.Edit copy & paste flowers layers arrange bring to the top place on top(see my tag for reference)dropshadow Open up Charm on wire don't resize edit copy paste place right hand side of template then layers duplicate image mirror place dropshadow.

Now for mask layer open up paper of choice resize 500 x 500 pixels open up mask layers new mask layer from image ok source luminance checked ok edit copy paste onto paper merge visible edit copy paste onto canvas dropdown to bottom place to the right a little then layers duplicate image mirror place a little to the left then layers again merge all flattern
