Supplies:

Heavy paper plates

Bleeding art tissue

Scissors

Paintbrushes

Cups/containers for water

Craft:

Cut art tissue into shapes and lay in paper plates. Brush water over tissue. It will "melt" into the plates. Once it's dry, you can brush it off, leaving underwater scenes!
