Time: 15 - 30 minutes

Age: Preschool to Elementary

 

Supplies:

Long cardboard tubes (you can use toilet paper tubes)

Foil or decorations

Construction paper

scissors

glue

tape

yarn

short pipe cleaner

something sharp - a compass works

 

Craft:

Poke a hole through the tube. Use the short pipe cleaner to pull yarn through. Knot on one side. Tape or glue paper to the edges as wings. Decorate. Spin in a circle and your airplane will spin with you! May take experimentation to get the wings to work.
