Supplies:

Styrofoam shapes

strips of cloth or ribbon

black construction paper (or other colors - shapes)

toothpicks

buttons

pipecleaners (orange and brown)

glue

popsicle sticks (optional - for glue)

cotton balls (optional)

 

Prep:

Cutting (or have scissors available)

 

Craft:

Stick styrofoam shapes together using toothpicks. Unwind cotton balls and use popsicle sticks to smear glue on styrofoam and glue strips of cotton for snow effect. Tie the cloth strip or ribbon around the neck for a scarf. Glue construction paper to styrofoam to make hat. Glue buttons for eyes (and buttons). Use pipecleaners for nose and arms.
