Supplies: Thin wooden dowels (29 cents for the skinniest at Michaels)

Prep:
Cut dowels in half (I used my kitchen scissors)
Craft: Tie or tape ribbon to your dowel. Dance to the music! You have to dance slowly and elegantly or your streamer may break. I used Prokofiev's Cinderella ballet music. |
