To being the new school year, students will discovering their artistic talent in many ways.

Students will be using the elements of design in art words to communicate ideas, messages and understandings. They will do this while showing their feelings, raising an issue, a theme, or social concern. They can do this by making a poster to stop smoking, or another social concern. They will also be making quilt squares that demonstrate their feelings on the society around them. The square will show what they would change in the world around them if they could.
