I am a second year Master's student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Program at George Mason University. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in May 2006 in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. 

    I am an intern at Fields Consulting Group in McLean, VA. Fields Consulting focuses their work on selection testing for Public Safety supervisors in the DC Metro Area. At Fields I am involved with test development, validation, and administration. I am also working on the development of a training course aimed to educate supervisors on performance appraisal best practices. My research interests include leadership, selection methods, and legal issues in selection.
