I will be picking up the Sport Club Council T-shirts on Wednesday to give out to those club members who have turned in both a PDS and a waiver.  Currently there are only 15 people who have done this and they will get first priority on the shirts. 

If you do not have one or both of these things turned in, get them in by tomorrow night and you will still get a shirt, and if you turn them in later than that there are no guarantees.

Remember, the PDS can be filled out and submitted online but the waiver has to be printed, signed, and turned in to the Sport Club Office at the Rec Center.
