MLRA is a member of ORANJ, the Organization of Residents Associations of New Jersey The Legislative Committee of ORANJ has written a Legislative Handbook which was revised in June, 2007. Highpoint of the year was the series of candidates nights prior to the 2006 General Election. Three events were designed to offer residents exposure to the candidates seeking their votes.
