Machine and Human Learning:
Conflict and Confluence
The field of machine learning may be approached both from the viewpoint
of developing computer systems which learn from data and from the
viewpoint of better understanding human intelligence. The panel will
focus on discussing how these two have interacted in past research and
how they should interact in future research.
