All you have to do is go to http://googlepages.com/ and log-in with your google account.  If you have a gmail account, you already have one!  Basically, after that, you just start typing out your content -- adding images and links if you like.

Next, you hit preview, to make sure everything looks OK, then hit "Publish" and you're live!  No need to worry about hosting or domain names, etc.  Your page will be located at "http://[your google account name].googlepages.com/"  Very impressive, Google.

Want to add more pages?  No problem, just click the "Link" button.  Here you'll see an option to add a new page and link to it from your first page automatically.  Alternatively, just go to "Page Manager" and you can do it there.

They also provide loads of themes for the look of your site and you can change them at any time -- even after you've made your content. Additionally, you can even change the layout of your content with 2 clicks.  Add a sidebar, and a navigation bar, add both!

Best part is, you're instantly published and, I am sure, Google will automatically start indexing your pages for it's search engines.

If only it supported access-controlled content, it'd make great group-ware.
