We were founded in September 2004 to bring korfball to Milton Keynes! We were the first korfball club in Milton Keynes, although there are now two more adult clubs and a load of schools playing. The MK teams are also the nearest korfball clubs to several other places near MK, for example Bedford, Buckingham, Northampton, Leighton Buzzard, Wellingborough.
Anyone (adults plus anyone 16+) is welcome to come along to one of our training sessions and try the sport - no previous experience of korfball is needed, we'll teach you all we need to know. Of course if you're a seasoned pro then you're also equally welcome and we also have teams in higher level competitions!
We play indoors from September to May in a few different competitions:
We also play mixed-ability friendlies against other clubs during the indoor season, and outdoor tournaments over the summer, which are mostly on grass but sometimes astroturf (including our own tournament "Korfstock") and one of them is even on a beach! We also try to organise one overseas trip every year to either play or watch korf (so far we have been to Germany, Luxembourg, Czech Republic and Serbia!), and have regular club socials.
