Reagan's Life

Reagan's 2 year check at the doctor:

He is now 36 and 3/4" tall (95% among his peers)

30.4 lbs. (75% among his peers)

20" head circumference (95% among his peers)

I don't know what you do with all these stats -- last I checked we can do little to change any of them -- so we decided to be thankful that his head and body are proportionate to each other. 

 

I know we need to get to get some major picture updates posted. They will come (I hope).

Saturday, October 18th, marked Reagan's 2nd year of life and we
entered his third year. Reagan is full of life and has a great childlike imagination.  His language and association with items and concepts grow daily. The best example of this is two weeks ago in our backyard he said, "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!" He then ran to the statue of St. Francis of Assisi in the shade garden behind the shed and hugged him and kissed him. (Trust me when I say that none of this has been trained or encouraged. The associations and imagination of kids marvels us all.) He then bent over and grabbed "Jesus" and tried to pull him up from the ground as he wanted to take Jesus with him. Befuddled, Reagan proclaimed, "Jesus stuck."  So Jesus is stuck in our backyard garden, but that doesn't stop Reagan from running up to him from time to time and give him a hug.
