The Missouri Governor's Prayer Team is comprised of denominational and nondenominational prayer leaders from across the State of Missouri. Over the past several years and across several administrations, the Governor's Prayer Team has prayed diligently for the Missouri Governor.

Representatives from the Governor's Prayer Team have also met and prayed with several former Missouri Governor's including Mel Carnahan, Bob Holden, and Matt Blunt.  The team is now praying for Governor Jay Nixon.

 

 

Prayer points for the Governor Nixon include the following items plus other specific straqtegid prayer objectives for the state.

1. That Governor Nixon  would enjoy a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be a living testimony of a man appointed by God to lead our state.

2. That Governor Nixon  would be endowed with the Godly wisdom needed to lead us the State of Missouri.

3. That Governor Nixon and the Missouri General Assembly would find alignment in making decisions that honor for the safety, well-being, and prosperity of the citizens of Missouri,

4. That Governor Nixon would lead our State along a path based upon biblical principles and that his decisions would honor God,

5. That Governor Nixon and his family are protected from harm.
