Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA) is a women's philanthropic leadership-service organization with approximately 20,000 members and 1,200 Chapters in the United States and Australia.  ESA offers its members leadership training, education and fellowship to assist and enhance their local and national philanthropic work.  By challenging members to explore and develop their abilities, ESA promotes confidence and competence and opens doors to greater career opportunity.

        The Missouri State Council consists of those chapters of ESA that are located in the State of Missouri.
