The winner of the Miss Wisconsin pageant will represent our state at the Miss America Pageant.  We are pleased to announce that Miss Madison-Capital City's 2009 First Runner-Up, Katelyn Colvin, has accepted the position of Miss Madison-Capital City for the remainder of the year.
The original Miss Madison-Capital City 2009, Kristina Smaby, was named Miss Wisconsin in June 2009 and will represent our state at Miss America in January 2010. We wish both Katelyn and Kristina the best of luck as they represent us well!
