About Miss Macal...

Hello! Welcome to my website. I hope that this will help both parents and students stay up-to-date with what is going on in class! This will be my second year teaching at Batchelor. I spent two years during my time at Indiana University working with Batchelor teachers and students, so I am well acquainted with the school. This year I will be the Language Arts teacher on the 7th grade GOLD Team as well as on the 8th grade Team. I also teach 8th grade Language Arts. When I'm not teaching at Batchelor I love to stay active! You can find me running the trails in Bloomington or teaching at IU or the YMCA. My family is back near Chicago, but I'm loving life in Bloomington right now! Please feel free to contact me as needed throughout the school year. I am pretty quick on email and check my voicemail regularly as well. I look forward to a great year!
