They have also provided it on MaST in a format that you can alter to fit your Conference. You can find relevant information in your M&S Mandate magazine or on the church Web site.
An M&S Thank You
During the year many young children will be giving money in a variety of ways to M&S. I hope this resource might be useful.
My grandson is 5 and he wanted to give money to poor children. His mom, my well-trained daughter, helped him make an online donation to M&S. They received a thank you receipt. I knew that at 5 years old, it was still not very clear to him and I knew that timing was important so I wrote a thank you and secretly "special delivered" it to his mailbox. I added a pink piggy bank from a dollar store with a sticky note that suggested he use it to save for another gift to help others. He was thrilled and proudly showed me the letter and piggy.
I have shared the letter in a PDF here because it is very large. Please print the child's name on the lines to personalize it. I left out the piggy reference in case that isn't something you want to do.
