It was so shocking. I could not believe it. I was coming home from school and my mom told me an unbelievable statement. My grandpa had died. I felt a cold wet teardrop go down my cheek. I sadly whispered, “It could not be happening.” Although I had some sad times I had many joys like a pet that means the world to me, a gift that is significant to me, and a proud moment of my life.
