On the Road to Avalon

Arietta's Fantasy Life

February 24th, 2008

Suddenly, I had these visions of myself... many of me... running naked surrounded by an endless whiteness...

Actually, someone offered me a 5-star food at a campfire share. So I tried it and started hallucinating. But at least I got some temporary stat boosts! And it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience (until next time). I did exploring around Dunbarton since I had some free time. I was quite fond of this statue.

He's the healer. "Where does it hurt?" I'm not so sure I want him to do the healing...

I went back to Tir Chonaill to meet up with Yoshiyuki for a Ciar Dungeon beginner run. I needed gold and exp, so we did a few of them.

Poor cameraman. Got hit by the golem.

Finally! Level 15! I had to get 200% for this level! (Damn you, bear!)

Meeting up with everyone for more exploration and dungeon runs. Yes, the potato is essential to our party.

We were bored, so we practiced our kicking on the nearest scarecrow.

Today, we planned to do Math Dungeon (northeast of Dunbarton) and then Fiodh Dungeon (south of Dunbarton). Artoria informed us that Peaca Dungeon was not open. That's probably why we couldn't find Plaeta yesterday at Sen Meg.

At the Math Dungeon lobby. I don't know what to expect...

Math Dungeon is full of kobolds everywhere, along with the usual rats and mimics. Pretty straightforward :)

Here we are practicing our lure and gang up on one monster strategy.

Here we are practicing our play dead strategy. I mean... res please? :(

The potato makes a return appearance! We ate it.

Entering the boss room...

Hell hounds! Three of them!

I'm scared~ x_x

But in reality, they're not that hard. We took care of them faster than the ogres yesterday.

After a quick restocking in Dunbarton, we continued south towards Fiodh Dungeon.

Fiodh Dungeon is special since it's an outdoor dungeon. It's also difficult to see things in the foliage unless you change your visual options.

In the first few rooms, we encountered mostly snakes. They moved fast, but weren't that bad. Then came the werewolves.

Naturally, I died pretty quickly.

Later on, we met some jackals. These look a lot easier! Let's try killing one!

Same result.

We then killed some gorgons, which sounds more like cows. But they hurt like hell.

I had to go, so I couldn't continue with the party to the boss monster. Still got half a day more to explore!
