Bubble shields

Bubble shields are pretty simple… they’re actually a lot like psi-balls, in terms of shape and difficulty.  They’re basic enough to be doable, and useful enough to trump psi-balls.  They actually serve a purpose, usually blocking out telepathic or empathic reception, or dimming it.
