I am UniCredit Foscolo Europe Fellow at the Economics Department of the Central European University in Budapest and a lecturer at the Economics Division, University of Southampton (currently on leave). I am also a research affiliate at the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research in Vienna, and a research fellow at IZA.
