As an entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and community leader, Justin Jones-Fosu is no amateur to the Minorities in Pittsburgh (MIP) Conference.   This year the Roberto Clemente Minority Business Association (RCMBA) is honored and excited to announce Justin Jones-Fosu as the Keynote Speaker for the MIP conference!

In 2006, Justin Jones-Fosu received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2008, he went on to obtain his MBA from the University of Baltimore’s and Towson University’s joint MBA Program in Leadership and Organizational Change.  Throughout the years, he has had an impressive list of experiences and awards in the business industry, worked with several Fortune 500 companies, been recognized as one of EBONY Magazines 30 Young Leaders on the rise and received the University of Baltimore’s Distinguished Student Entrepreneur of the Year.

Currently, Justin Jones-Fosu is the CEO/President of JS Training Solutions and Justin Inspires.  Three years ago Justin was proposed with the idea of becoming a “professional” inspirational speaker, a role which has become an added benefit in Justin’s career, as helping and inspiring individuals was what he always truly enjoyed.  He now has become a mentor to many people across the nation through speaking at conferences and universities and has recently released his first book, Inspiration for Life.

He is a high-energy, down-to-earth individual that really inspires people to “Think, Believe, and Act”.  In addition to his speech, this year Justin Jones-Fosu will host an interactive workshop that will guarantee that students leave with some real-world knowledge and a lasting experience that will inspire their future endeavors.
