Take full advantage of those yellow cards T.E.R. as a PLT LDR it helps keep you on your toes by tracking your progress of assignments and prepare yourself and the PLT for IDT weekend.

The more yellow cards you do before drill the less you have to worry about when you get there and the less stressed you'll be to get them done. At drill use the work plan to look over the daily events to come up with T.E.R.s.
