- For those of us that
have gluten intolerance, there may be hope of a cure. Research is being conducted
with the premise that exposing the immune system to ever increasing doses of gluten in an
effort to condition it to the point where they are no longer sensitive. I have my doubts
about this, the first of which is that this will not work on those of us with the disease.
Don't loose hope though, since a traumatic event can initiate the condition (the on
switch), it is up to the scientists to determine what the off switch is...
