Finished Measurement: Mini purse is approx. 1 ¾ by 1 ¼ inches

Materials:
Cannon size 8 thread, small amount  multicolor (Cannon SC041 used in model)

Inox crochet hook, size 2.5 mm.  

Keyring attachment

Small button

Stitch marker or safety pin

Yarn needle for weaving ends

Gauge: 8 sts and 8 sc rows = 1”

Abbreviations
ch = chain, ss = slip stitch, sc = single crochet,  st = stitch 

rnd = round,  sc tog = single crochet together
Notes: Work this purse  continuously  in rnds without joining, unless specified.

Rnd 1: Ch 13, sc in 2^nd ch from hook,   sc in each of the next 10 ch, 2 sc in next ch, working on the opposite side of ch, 1 sc in next 11 ch. Do not join (26 sc) Work continuously in rounds. Mark the beginning of each rnd, and move the marker up as you finish each rnd.

Rnd 2: 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 10 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 10 sc, 2 sc in last sc (28 sc)

Rnd 3: Sc on each sc around (28 sc)
Rnds 4 - 12: repeat rnd 3.

At the end of rnd 12, sc on next 2 sc, ss on next, ch 6, ss again on same sc, ss back to the last sc made on this rnd.  Continue to work on the flap.
Closing flap

Row 1:  (wrong side facing) Ch 1, sc on the next 13 sc. Ch 1, turn.

Row 2: sk the 1^st sc, sc on next 12 sc. Ch 1, turn.

Row 3-5: continue decreasing one sc per row until 9 sc remain. Ch 1, turn.

Row 6: sk the 1^st sc, sc on next 3 sc, ch 2, sk 2 sc, sc on last 3 sc. Ch 1, turn.

Row 7: sk the 1^st sc, sc on next 2 sc, 2 sc on ch 2 space, sc on next sc, sc tog the last 2 sc. Ch 1, turn.

Row 8: sk the 1^st sc, sc on next 3 sc, sc tog the last 2 sc. Fasten off. Weave in end.

Finishing

Sew button in place and attach keyring.
