Debit/ credit card details, or a cheque deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance due on departure. A small charge (£3) is made for credit card payments, so you may prefer to pay by debit card, cash or cheque on departure. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests may be liable for the full amount in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the room. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance.
