They say high school is the best time of your life and you should cherish every moment of it.  But for some people it can be hell and for others, like me, it is just whatever.  From the moment my feet stepped onto the high school campus, four years of my life passed in a blink of an eye.  I never thought this time would flash before me and leave me so rapidly.  Now that I am able to look back at some of the things I did when I was a younger student, I did regret some of it.  Even though we cannot go back in time and take back what we did, I do not think we should dwell on that.  I believe that everything I did in the past has made me the person I am today and who I will be in the future.  Everything happens for a reason.  Everyone makes mistakes but that is part of life, growing up and gaining experience.  You eventually learn from your experiences.  Some the easy way, some the hard way.

One memory that I will never forget is when we planned prom 2008.  It was Lindsey and I, and we worked hours and days on prom and on the prom assembly.  Time passed, tears fell, and our stress levels were extremely high.  I believe completing this task, to a certain extent, taught me what would be ahead - in the real world, once we are out of high school.   What our jobs will consist of, which I know will be much more than planning a dance.  Through all of this, lessons were learned and memories were made, never to be forgotten.

High school passes by faster than you think.  You only realize this when its nearly over and done with.  Make sure to cherish every moment because you can never ever go back to it again.
