No 1º semestre do ano lectivo 2009/2010 fui novamente reconhecido pelo Conselho Pedagógico do IST como docente excelente em AOSI.

O artigo "Implementing the Service Catalogue" foi aceite na 7th International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology (QUATIC 2010) cujas actas serão publicadas pelo IEEE e que terá lugar dia 29 Setembro no Porto.

O artigo "A Maturity Model for Implementing ITIL v3" foi aceite no IEEE 2010 International Workshop on Net-Centric Service Enterprises: Theory and Application (NCSE2010) que terá lugar nos dias 5-10 de Julho em Miami.
