Lígia Nunes
 

Lígia Nunes, born in 1971,  Lisbon.  Architect, Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.

Master degree in “Architectonic rehabilitation”, Departamento de Construções Arquitectónicas, of Escola Técnica Superior de Arquitectura (ETSA)

From 1998 to 2001, she was a university teacher in Escola Superior Gallaecia in Vila Nova de Cerveira, teaching Project and Architecture Theory, 2nd and 3rd grade.

Portuguese representation and director of Cyted- Group of cooperation for scienthific research and technology, about ” Vivienda Rural y Calidad de vida en los assentamientos rurales”, (2001-2003).

Since 2005, teacher of : Introduction to Architecture Theory and History of Contemporary Architecture, in the Universidade Lusófona do Porto.

Member and actual president of ASF-P (Architects without Borders, Portugal).

Since 2001, leads in Portugal the project “Rural Ibérico”- Research for rural devellopment in a partnership program with Cyted, spanish direction.

Vice-president, of ‘Architecture sans Frontières International Network’.

 Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia schoolarship, in order to devellop a doctorship thesis till the end of 2007 in La Coruna University, architecture buildings department.
