Architect. ASF-E (Architect Without Borders- Spain) member since 1993. He was the group president during two years, and he is now the vice-president. Responsible for several projects such as the social centre in Larache, Morroco; the rehabiliation of 20 «cidadelas», barrio del Cedro, La Habana, Cuba; the rehabilitation of 100 houses, barrio de Las Tres Cruces, Trinidad, Cuba; a Social Centre “Participative methodology and communication” in Matagalpa, Nicaragua; between many others.

He is now responsible for the eradication project of 20 «cuarterias», in Las Tunas, Cuba.
