1. Medicine Ball Throw – Athletes will throw a medicine ball over

their head. We will add up all five throws.

2. 5 Man Sled Race – The team will push a 5 man sled 25 yards

turn around and come back another 25 yards.

3. Quarterback Throw – Athletes will throw a 60 lb. dummy

dressed up as a QB. We will add up all five throws.

4. Bench Press – Each athlete will rep max 185 lbs. We will take 

the total of all 5 athletes.  

5. Obstacle Course – Each athlete will go through a series of

obstacles spanning out 150 yards.

6. Tire Flip Relay – Each athlete will flip a tractor tire 25 yards in

a team relay format.

7. Tug of War – Tug of war! 5 on 5. Get ready to get dirty!
