- Workflow or other automated means to raise awareness that the content needs to be updated or retired
When it is retired do you delete it or just move it somewhere else where it is still accessible for people that may be interested in history of content and that value that may provide?
- Just deleted it, why keep more than we need
- Archive it for a period of time and ask the question again before deleting it
- Notify community members in case they want the content and then delete it after a week
- Keep it forever, somebody somewhere may need it - why delete something that we can keep at low cost
