midori h. likes to take photographs, play music, and sew bags and pouches sometimes.

kukka is her music project. when she was wandering around a small town in massachusetts, she found a toy lap harp called music maker and fell in love with it at the first sight. its really a simple instrument but she likes the simplicity. she makes simple songs with the simple instrument.

6 years ago she found an antique camera at a thrift shop and got interested in photography.  photoraphs take out a moment from your life and keep it so you wont forget. it brings you back your memories and feelings. taking photographs is like collecting pieces of moments for her.

mostly lives in tokyo, japan. sometimes she goes back to her second hometown, northampton, massachusetts.    

under the name 'yorimichi' she makes bags and stuff. recenly her bag and buttons are available at dandie in the underworld in northampton MA. http://dandieintheunderworld.blogspot.com/
