Middlesex County AA is responsible for providing competition and developing athletics in the historic county of Middlesex. This covers the London boroughs of Brent, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Richmond (north of the river Thames). Tower Hamlets, Westminster and the City of London.
