www.chessvideos.tv - a great resource and libary of review and discussion, and of course lots of chess videos. www.gambitbooks.com - the site of Gambit Publications where some of the best books for chess beginners and club-level players can be found.
www.instantchess.com - a great site for correspondence and instant games. You can play as a visitor or pay to join as a member. They also have a viewer site which is nice to watch.
www.jrobichess.com - a chess site containing videos, blogs, reviews, a forum and many useful links. A must visit for chess fans.
