Website Purpose

The purpose of this website is two-fold.  Firstly, it is a place where I can display and archive my work so that people can download my presentations, contact me about my studies or publications and inform those interested of my current and future career plans.  Secondly, it is a place where I achieve and build upon my chess knowledge.

Much of my work centres around system dynamics (SD) and I contribute to a number of SD websites.  I did use to have a system dynamics forum, though has run its course and I have no plans to start it again, because I am currently too busy - if you do have SD questions feel free to contact me and I will try to help.  I also have personal pages on www.myspace.com and www.facebook.com for keeping in contact with friends, so there's no forum or discussion board included on this website.

I'm a club-level chess player, at Worsley Chess Club, and you'll find a growing chess section on here.  My other interests are playing tennis and learning languages, so the odd page on these subjects is also present.

This website has been overhauled a number of times but I am hoping to keep this format, for ease of use and ease of updating - plus I'm not great at programming so the small bits I have to do on here are the limits of my powers.  If there is something you feel I need to add to this site please contact me and let me know.
