It's a lot of fun, and we get to meet lots of "high-profile" geek-guests. Occasionally I do TV spots for Channel 12 (NBC) related to technology. I am currently living in "old-town" Scottsdale, AZ and loving it! There are so many great restaurants, lounges, shops, art galleries, parks, and lots of interesting people visiting from all over the world. I like to work-out, travel, bike, read, play tennis, and occasionally get trashed and make an ass out of myself singing karaoke. I started bar-tending one night a week for fun recently, and I am having a blast! My current .com project: http://www.platehound.com
"Cool Quotes" "If there is anything the nonconformist hates worse than a conformist, it's another nonconformist who doesn't conform to the prevailing standard of nonconformity." ~ Bill Vaughan "If I ever opened a trampoline store, I don't think I'd call it Trampo-Land, because you might think it was a store for tramps, which is not the impression we are trying to convey with our store. On the other hand, we would not prohibit tramps from browsing, or testing the trampolines, unless a tramp's gyrations seemed to be getting out of control." ~ Jack Handy SNL
| Philanthropy:Arizona Chain ReactionAZCR helps small businesses in Arizona fight back against
corporate mega-chains that are stamping out local-flavor around the
country. I am honored to have recently served on it's board of
directors. (now called: Local First Arizona ) KidComputersI founded this charity in 2004 to help unload tons of used computer
equipment we just couldn't bare to throw out -- now we are allied with
Scottsdale Community College and the East Valley Boys & Girls Clubs
to source, refurbish, and then find good homes for old PC equipment.
