Education

Mohammad Hadi was sent to a primary school called "Aameli" in 1977. Then he continued his studying in a secondary school followed by high school in former "Danesh-e- Bozorg Nia" high school or "Mirza Kouchak Khan" all in Mashhad. He received a Diploma in Math and Physics Disciplines in 1988.

Then in January 1989 he was become a bachelor's student in Electronic Engineering in Semnan State University, Semnan, Iran. From 1991 to 1993, the time when he was graduated, he was a tutor in the Electronic I.

In 2005 he started to continue his studying as an MSc in the University of Putra Malaysia (UPM). Then he was graduated in 2007 in the Electonic Engineering. His research area in the course of Master was Microelectronic Sensors bonding and packaging at harsh environment, especially in the case of high temperature SAW resonators. His thesis was entitled as “SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF HIGH TEMPERATURE SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE RESONATORS" which involved two different analyses: finite element analysis and electric analysis, to analysis different type of bondings: Wire Bonding and Flip Chip Bonding to be applied to a SAW resonator as a part of high temperature sensor based on Gallium Ortho Phosphide.

In 2007 Faculty of Engineering in UPM, offered him a grant research to continue his research onto the solid state gas sensors based-on thick film technology. Then he became a PhD student of Electronic Engineering in the UPM since May 2007 under a research grant provided by Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation of Malaysia (MOSTI) - project number 06-01-04-SF0608.

Engineering Faculty - Lake View

Now he is a responsible of Thick-Film Lab and a tutor of "Digital System" and "Semiconductor Devices". He is expecting to be graduated as a PhD of Electronic Engineering in 2011.
