Dear Parents and Students,

The Mainland High School band program provides an enjoyable and educational experience for many students at our school. Participating in one of Mainland's bands brings opportunities to make friends who share a common interest. Band students work hard, play hard, and stay busy in a positive and productive environment. For students, parents, and instructional personnel, the program involves responsibility to the entire group. The sound and energy each student brings affects the performance of the whole band. The volunteer spirit each parent or guardian shares helps to create the most comfortable environment for the band, dance team, and color guard members. The technical knowledge that instructional and support personnel provide helps to develop the caliber of the overall band program. Together, we grow in responsibility to a team and in leadership skill

This band website has been created to familiarize both students and parents with the many aspects of the program and to ensure an enjoyable and rewarding experience throughout the school year.  Please take the time to explore the website and visit it often.
