Once again, this year Comanche Trace will participate, along with five other clubs, in six Senior Interclub events - one at each of the participating clubs. Those clubs are:

Some facts about these events
The Senior InterClub will be open to all Comanche Trace MGA members who are 55 years of age or older as of the date of the event. Captain may include players who are between 50 and 55 years of age, but only if absolutely necessary to make up a complete team
- Comanche Trace will have two Team Captains

- Each 8 man team will be comprised of;
- A maximum of three (3) players with handicaps of 9 or less (for the course being played)
- Five (5) or more players with handicaps of 10 or more
- Clubs may also include up to 2 additional players, who would not count for the team score.
- Team pairings are to be created by the discretion of each team's captain. The captain will attempt to adhere to keeping pairings in sequential order, from the lowest to the highest handicap. There is room for shifting things around a bit, but - the captain is to do his best to adhere to this procedure.
- It is encouraged that each team captain have a list of alternate players - confirmed to play, at a last minute's notice, in case of a player’s cancellation.
- All InterClub matches will be a shotgun start, normally beginning at 9:00a.m.
- Fee per traveling player will be $75 per InterClub match. (please provide a check payable to Comanche Trace MGA). The team captain from each visiting club, will bring one check - to deliver to the host club's Head Professional. Fee will include, green fee, cart, range balls, and buffet lunch. Host club players only pay designated Food and Beverage expense. There will also be an optional "closest to the pin" opportunity at each event.
- Each club's Senior InterClub team captain is to provide their team's roster and each player’s current USGA handicap index at least four (4) days prior to the event. Handicap strokes will be distributed on scorecards off the lowest handicap player in the foursome. If different tees are being played within a foursomes match, USGA RULE 9-3.C. will be in effect.
- Current USGA Index will be used! Must be available to be verified by the host club's team representative.

Format
- Fourball - Two Man Team, Better Ball, Match Play (Fourball)
- One (1) point for winning a hole
- Half (1/2) point for a tie on a hole
- Winning two-man team receives One (1) additional point
- 19 total points available in each foursome match
- Tees
- All matches will be assigned a tee box which may vary per club. Senior InterClub matches will attempt to be played from the club's BLUE-equivalent set of tees.
- Exceptions
- 65+ years old and 18+ handicap, that player may elect to play from the next forward tee from the Blue. In most cases, that would be from the WHITE or REGULAR set of tees.
- 70+ years old and 18+ handicap, that player may elect to play from the next forward tee from the White. In most cases, that would be from the GREEN or SENIOR set of tees.
- If, within a foursome’s match, different sets of tees are being played within that match;
- USGA Rule 9-3.C. Assignment of Strokes - Players competing from different tees will be in effect.
- Note: In some special circumstances, to be worked out by each team's Senior InterClub captains - there may be the need for some Senior Competitors to play shorter tees - and do not fall into the age/handicap requirement listed above. These will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
