Support Victims of Jimena

SAN CARLOS / GUAYMAS REGIONS OF SONORA

More than 40,000 people are homeless and without food, water, clothes, shoes, furniture, etc. Numerous local nonprofit organizations, including the Mexican Red Cross, are working together to try to meet the basic needs of the victims of Jimena. For example, I recently assisted with the distribution of 700 emergency care packages of food and cleaning supplies to San Jose, a community hit particularly hard by the storm. More disaster relief aid is needed in the aftermath of the area’s worst storm in 60 yearsThe community needs your help and would appreciate anything that you can give.
