About Us

Mission:

We are committed to promoting Northwest Mexico and the region to the limits of our abilities. We highlight the amazing natural beauty, friendly people, opportunity, and lifestyles of one of the most unique places on earth.

Editorial:

We inform and entertain through in-depth feature articles, comprehensive guides, and community spotlights on business, real estate, and lifestyle. Each edition provides up-to-date news and information on travel, immigration, and law. Monthly we provide in-depth features on current events, national and regional subjects as well as community stories on people, business, and the arts. To provide our readers with the most comprehensive guide to Northwest Mexico possible, each edition includes city maps, dining guide, lodging, guide, comprehensive English language Yellow Pages, classifieds, and hundreds of Real Estate Listings (Greensheets).

Goal:

We illustrate that not only is Northwest Mexico a great place to visit and play, but also a place to live and work – a place to call home.

The Region:

The Mexican states of Baja California, Baja California Sur and Sonora make up Northwest Mexico as covered by our guides. The region features an enormous diversity of landscapes like no place on earth. A land of quiet, colorful deserts, endless beaches, majestic mountains, forests, unexplained rock formations and brilliant clear skies with an average temp of 75 degrees and welcoming people.

Northwest Mexico is the destination of choice for retirees, investors, entrepreneurs, travelers and vacationers alike. The U.S. State Department names Mexico as the retirement home of more Americans than anywhere on the globe; 51% of U.S. retirees living outside the U.S., live in Mexico.

Mexico is economical: the dollar goes further there than Europe, Canada, and the most popular destinations in Asia. Mexico is convenient: more than just its proximity to the U.S., Mexico’s long relationship with America and the large Mexican-born population living in the U.S. means that Mexico is accustomed to Americans and vice versa. Mexico welcomes American retirees and tourists and is prepared, more and more, to offer foods, goods, and services that Americans like and expect.

Whether you’re looking to retire, invest, vacation, or operate a business; Northwest Mexico is the place.
