BJ Sweitzer, a mother of two and grandmother of three, was a GS-13 with the Administration for Children and Families with the U. S. Government. Later, she became a stockbroker with Merrill Lynch and began vacationing in San Felipe. She found Baja to be an oasis from big business and the world of high-level stress and after three years, she decided to build a home here. Her first contractor pursued her to be a partner.
