Ann Farris has been a commissioned deaconess (lay office) since 2005. She has a M.A. in Religion and the Arts from Wesley Theological Seminary (D.C.; 2002). At her graduation, Ann received the Music and Worship Arts Award from the Fellowship of United Methodists in Music and Worship Arts. Ann is currently Director of Program Ministries at Fifth Avenue United Methodist Church, where she also occasionally helps plan and implement worship services with a special arts focus. Ann W.
